Defendant
A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the representative of "D (State)" located in Suwon-gu, Busan, who is engaged in transportation services, such as leasing chartered buses, and Defendant B is the person in charge of bus operation contracts and dispatch duties in the position of the head of the department of the above company.
Defendant
B, while leasing buses for field experience study at schools at Busan level, the term of contract is required to ordinarily rent a chartered bus within five years from the date of delivery in order to ensure the safety of students. However, as the vehicle in compliance with the above conditions is insufficient at the time of dispatch, the part of the “the date of initial registration” and “studio” of the motor vehicle registration certificate, which is a document, was modified as if it is a vehicle within five years from the date of delivery, and reported it to the Defendant A, the representative, and the Defendant A conspired with each other by accepting it.
1.
