A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

When concluding a transportation contract with the “E High School”, the Defendant: (a) intended to request the said school to operate a new bus within five years from the date of delivery for the safety of students; (b) intended to modify the registration certificate of buses held by the said company; (c) intended to submit it to the school; (d) around October 26, 201, the Defendant altered the registration certificate of buses, the registration number of which is not known in 2006 to prepare documents related to the above school travel in preparation for the aforementioned school travel contract at the above company office; and (d) recorded the annual registration number of which is not known in the form of a “F registration certificate” and the first registration number of which is an official document, and then copied it after attaching it on the first registration date from “201” to “206” to “the first registration date in the name of the relevant company, as well as the first registration date,” and (e) altered the registration certificate in the name of “6.6.6.6.6”

2. Exercising altered official documents;

A.
