Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:30 on January 9, 2015, the Defendants: (a) at the Drenter container office located in Yangyang-si, Namyang-si; (b) using 52 card, each of the following numbers consisting of seven separate cards, and (c) according to the rules, such as dumping all the card with the same number and the continuous number of the same card or pattern, on the floor, or dumping all the card with the same number of serial numbers on the floor; (b) the number of the cards in possession is the largest; (c) 2:00 won; and (d) 3, etc., 1365,000 won each by giving the winners a total of KRW 136,00,000 on several occasions.
