Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2013, from around 14:00 to 15:30 of the same day, the Defendant, along with B and C, took advantage of Chapter 52 Trum card in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, dividing each of the following numbers by seven: the number is the same as that of the same card or pattern and continuous numbers in accordance with the rules, such as dumping the card into the floor, or dumping the card in which the number is equal and continuous, into the floor, and the sum of the numbers of the cards in possession at the time when the game ends, is the winner, and the winner took the gambling by giving approximately 17,000 won from 1,00 won per board to the winner, and by giving approximately 10 times the sum of 117,000 won per 1,00 won per page to the winner.
