Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2016, from around 12:30 on February 27, 2016 to 14:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) took up each of the cards using 401 to 52 cards in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget-gun, and then, (b) took up all of the cards with the same number and the number of serial cards in accordance with the rules, such as throwing away all the cards or the number of serial cards on the floor; (c) a person with less than the total number of cards in possession at the time when the games ends; and (d) a person who 5,000 won per one plate is a passenger, and (e) a person who renders a prompt 15-time called “hulhulh”.
