Punishment of the crime

On March 4, 2019, from around 18:15 to 20:00 on the same day, the Defendants: (a) at the office operated by Defendant E located in F of Busan Geum-gu, the number of each of whom is divided by seven by using 52 card; (b) pursuant to the rule, such as dumping all the cards with the same number and the continuous number of the same card or pattern into the floor, or thrown away all the cards with the same number of serial numbers on the floor; or (c) the number of the cards in possession at the end of the game is the largest, and (d) the spawn mhul in a manner that imposes 2,00 won from 50 won to the winners on several occasions in order.
