2. Defendant B

A. Defendant B, who violated the Act on the Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (sexual traffic), operated a similar business establishment from around November 2016 to December 2, 2016, by Defendant A, in order to assist Defendant A in engaging in commercial sex acts, he/she is easy to commit the crime by either receiving a pre-tel call from unspecified customers who face calls or forcing them to perform a similar act with employees in order to assist Defendant A.
