Punishment of the crime

Defendant B operated a sexual traffic intermediary business in the name of “G” from the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and the third floor, and Defendant A, as the head of the above business office, performed the management of the business establishment, employment of employees, customer reception, and entertainment.

On November 9, 2016, the Defendants posted a public relations article on the said establishment at the said “G store,” which employs female employees H and I and posted it to the “J,” which is a public relations site for the Internet prostitution business establishment, and reported it to the Defendants. In addition, the Defendants: (a) had male customers receive 100,000 won to 140,000 won at one time from the male customers; and (b) had female employees, such as the above H, and their descendants do the act of similarity using mouths and knifes by the same method until January 24, 2017, and (c) had them do the act of similarity with female employees at the average of 15 persons per day by the same method.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.

Defendant A, 2749, "2017 Highest 2749", was equipped with facilities, such as mastro, 1, shower facilities, and mastro, in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K 902, and operated a sexual traffic business establishment of "L" with one female sexual traffic.

On June 22, 2017, the Defendant posted an advertisement on the Internet site, such as “N”, by employing female employees M, etc., and posted it to the said Internet site, and made the said M to engage in similarity by having the said M take the gender of the said male at his/her hand and her hand, and distributed half of the M and the profits by using the same method from March 22, 2017 to June 22, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
