Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of each of the above penalties for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging sexual traffic (such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic) requested sexual traffic by allowing a male customer, a female employee, etc. to engage in the act of similarity in a way of stimulating the sexual organ of the customer by receiving 10,000 won per time from the name infinite male customer, who found the above business place, to receive 100,000 won per time from the name infinite male customer, and to stimulate the sexual organ of the customer by hand, and arranging sexual traffic from October 26, 2015 to January 5, 2017.

B. The Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act, from December 26, 2016 to January 5, 2017, employed G, Chinese, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment in the Republic of Korea, as the employee of the sexual traffic business place operated by the Defendant.

2. Defendant B

A. From October 26, 2015 to January 5, 2017, the Defendant, who violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic (i.e., brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic), assisted and abetted the act, such as arranging sexual traffic, by facilitating the act of arranging sexual traffic, by facilitating the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc., by being aware of the fact that a sexual act or similar act has been done at the above business establishment, in order to assist the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. by engaging in the act of arranging sexual traffic at the place indicated in paragraph (a) as above.
