A Imprisonment for six months, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 50,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 1,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 11, 2017, Defendant A leased No. 939 of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building No. 939, carried out by female employees engaged in commercial sex acts such as B and C, and opened a commercial sex acts establishment with the trade name of “E”, with three rooms to engage in commercial sex acts, and computers, etc. to post a commercial sex acts advertisement. Defendant A posted the business hours and contents of services in “F”, “G”, etc., which is an Internet adult site, and recruited many unspecified male customers who will engage in commercial sex acts.

From early July 2017 to August 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) had male customers, such as H, who reported the above D Building 939, and contacted the Defendant’s cell phone, do acts similar to the above employees on the condition that 40,000 won or 70,000 won per time, and (b) had them do sexual traffic broker, etc. for business purposes.

2. Defendant B, on August 14, 2017, while working as an employee at the said “E” sexual traffic business establishment around 16:20 on August 14, 2017, the Defendant engaged in sexual traffic by engaging in the act of similarity by means of having the male customer H receive KRW 20,000 from the male customer H, and promptly admitting H’s sexual organ.

3. On August 14, 2017, Defendant C, while working as an employee at the said “E” sexual traffic business establishment on August 14, 2017, the Defendant received 20,000 won from his/her nameless male customer and engaged in sexual traffic by engaging in the act of similarity as described in the foregoing paragraph 2.
