Defendant
A Imprisonment for 10 months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for 6 months, respectively.
However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, along with B and C on April 25, 2014, was unable to drink alcoholic beverages at the F cafeteria located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and Defendant A’s report by the said restaurant operator, H and I were dispatched to the police officer belonging to the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Seoul-si, and H, etc. solicited Defendant A, etc. to take away from the above restaurant and return home.
Accordingly, Defendant A refers to the large voice of “I will report the inside of a flag, I would like to report quile, I would like to report us, I would like to say that I would like to say that I would like to smoke, I would like to leave the tobacco butts on the floor without permission.
2. At around 13:40 on April 25, 2014, the Defendants were recommended to return home from the police officers belonging to the Suwon Police Station G District G district called by the Defendants, upon receiving a report from the Defendants, at around the F restaurant located in Suwon-si E in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
In the process, Defendant A refused to present an identification card to H et al. because of the abandonment of cigarette butts, but the fine was not paid. Defendant A received several warnings from H et al. to arrest a flagrant offender for reasons of unknown residence, but continued to refuse to present an identification card.
Accordingly, H et al. arrested Defendant A as a flagrant offender against the crime of violating the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act and tried to board the patrol vehicle. Defendant A: “I’s chest part to remove I’s arms from the patrol vehicle with his hand; Defendant B shall block the back door of the patrol vehicle and prevent H et al. from carrying Defendant A with the patrol vehicle; “I’s hand to remove I’s hand attached to A; and I’s hand to the patrol vehicle; and Defendant B shall read “I’s hand to remove I’s hand to the patrol.”
