A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A was working as an employee of the D Company’s office from January 201 to May 201, Defendant A is a person who is engaged in credit business on June 15, 2011 with the trade name of E, and Defendant B is an employee of the said lending company.

1. Defendants

A. On May 5, 201, the Defendants breached the limitation on the interest rate by concluding a loan agreement with the content that, around May 5, 2011, the Defendants agreed to receive the interest rate of 320% per annum exceeding 39% per annum (320% per annum) by deducting 250,000 won per annum from the interest rate of 750,000 won per annum before G’s house located in Busan F.

B. On May 17, 201, the Defendants breached the limitation on the interest rate by concluding a loan agreement with the content that, at the third floor credit business office of the ISY located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, the J deducted KRW 200,000 from the interest rate of KRW 80,000,000,000,000,000 for the principal from the third floor of the ISY and made a loan to the J to pay interest of KRW 200,000 per month.

C. On July 201, the Defendants concluded a loan agreement with the content that, around July 2011, the Defendants would have agreed to receive interest rate of 320% per annum exceeding 39% per annum by deducting 250,000 won per annum from the interest rate of 750,000 won per annum before L’s L’s house located in Busan, and allowing the Defendants to pay interest of 200,000 won per annum per annum.

On August 12, 2011, the Defendants breached the limitation on the interest rate by concluding a loan agreement with the content that the Defendants agreed to receive interest rate of 300% exceeding 39% per annum (39% per annum) by allowing M to pay 1.5 million won per month after deducting 300,000 won per annum from the interest rate of 1.2 million won per annum from the office of the third floor of the said ISY office.

E. From August 201, the Defendants principal to N in the third floor office of the said ISS.
