A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 15, 2013, at around 08:13, 2013, the Defendant thief cited 350,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession on a table, in cash, 3, 1, 3 resident registration certificates, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 1, in a security card, 1,000 won in market price, and 3,000 mobile phones in a gallony juthy area, which is equivalent to 1,00,000,000 won in market price.

2. On March 22, 2013, at around 02:28, 2013, the Defendant thief cited one of the gallon phoness equivalent to KRW 1,000,000 at the market price, which was the victim’s possession on the dalpical table, owned by the victim F.

3. On April 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00 on April 29, 2013, 2013, the thief carried out a cresh in which the victim I was fluored and fluordled in G, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, with one transportation card filled with KRW 110,000,15,000, in cash owned by the victim; (b) one resident registration certificate; and (c) one female-use bag with a market price of KRW 185,000,000, in the market price of which there is one female-use wall in excess of KRW 20,000.

4. On May 9, 2013, at around 14:19 on May 14:19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a bank in the humanities located in the Daegu Northern-gu Eup/Myeon-dong, 967-1, which is faced by the victim J of the fishery public library, and opened a bank in a book-to-face, which is owned by the victim; (b) one cash 1,000 won; (c) one book loan certificate; and (d) one book loan certificate; and (e) one book-to-book in a market value of 30,000 won in cash; and (e) one book-to-book in an amount of 60,000 won in cash; and (e) one book-to-book in an Eup/Myeon-dong, 967-1.
