Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] On January 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Southern District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and completed the execution of the sentence on June 9, 2015.

【Criminal Execution Office】

1. At around 18:00 on August 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim C in front of the complete building located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu 14-gil 9; (b) cut off one female gate of KRW 500,00, U.S. dollars, one resident registration certificate, one resident registration certificate, one driver’s license, and one credit card, with the market value of KRW 500,000,00,000, which is owned by the victim, while the victim was travelling together with the victim on the back seat of the vehicle for dextonn who was driving by the victim, while the victim was traveling together with the victim on a telephone call, making use of the gap where surveillance was neglected; and (c) cut off the victim’s cash 70,000,000 won, which is owned by the victim on the top of the vehicle for her own use.

2. From G real estate operated by the victim in Songpa-gu Seoul on August 19, 2015, the Defendant stolen the victim’s theft against the victim E with KRW 80,00 in cash, which is the victim’s possession on the part of the victim’s locking place, using the cresh of the victim’s locking place, with one resident registration certificate, one driver’s license, one driver’s license, three driver’s license, three credit cards, one lot credit card, one card, one security card, one security card, one handbag on the market value, which includes one handbag on the part of the market value.

3. On August 21, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim H using the gap of surveillance in which the victim was placed on his/her face to find keys in J real estate operated by the victim in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) took advantage of the gap of surveillance in which the victim was found and neglected to monitor his/her key, the Defendant stolen the victim’s 82,00 won in cash, which was the victim’s possession on his/her face; (c) a driver’s license; and (d) a copy of Samsung Credit Card, one half of the market price in which the victim was located on his/her face.
