A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 18, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on June 18, 2009, and was released on June 30, 2010 and passed on October 10, 2010 during the execution of the sentence.
2. Criminal facts;
A. At around 18:40 on May 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed the gap in which the Victim’s O’s surveillance was neglected at the window of “N” located on the first floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M1st, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and then placed on the victim’s seat, etc., on the front line direction.
