1. At around 09:00 on July 2013, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that there is no person in the “Ecafeteria” restaurant operated by the victim C in Gwangju Northern-gu; (b) entered a restaurant through an open entrance, and cut off the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 90,000 in the front of the entrance; (c) one wallet in the amount of KRW 30,000 in the market price; (d) one vehicle key; and (e) one credit card and one identification card.

2. On October 22, 2013, at around 10:17, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that there was a door door from “H” located on the second floor G in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, with an open entrance; (b) cut off the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 6,000, market price of KRW 8,000; (cGV film product rights amounting to KRW 50,000, face value; and (c) cut off the victim’s oral instrument rights amounting to KRW 200,000, face value of KRW 50,000.

3. On October 23, 2013, at around 16:15, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim I by putting the victim I’s “K” drinking house operated by the department of Gwangju Northern-gu, and putting the victim’s cash 2,930 won, 1 female-use wall, 2 back 2, and 4 copies of the new global product certificate of an amount equivalent to KRW 5,000 in the market price, including 4, 2, 2, 3 bank passbooks, 3, and 450,000 in the market price.

around 11:10 on October 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a n art teaching house for the “N” operation of the victim M in Gwangju Northern-gu L and the second floor; and (b) intruded into the structure managed by the victim by entering the entrance; (c) cash amounting to KRW 20,000 in the handbag, the owner of the victim’sO located on the entrance of the entrance, and KRW 700,000 in the market price consisting of two credit cards.
