A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around December 9, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter “I,” which read “I,” on the Internet website D, at the Defendant’s residence located in Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government B and C, and made a false statement as if I would normally purchase human form if I would pay the form of figures to E who reported and contacted this letter.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to jointly purchase the punishment by the method of ordering it.

Nevertheless, at around 16:18 of the same day, the Defendant received 50,000 won from the victim’s bank account (Account Number G) in the name of the Defendant, and acquired 4,650,500 won from 41 to 9 April 2019 by means of the same method as the victim’s list, such as the list of crimes, from around 16:18.

around January 2019, the Defendant posted a letter “I,” which reads “I, in the residence of the Defendant in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government B and C, jointly purchase of motion pictures Boboo-by-traps,” and said I would normally conclude I would like to jointly purchase a man-made punishment when I report and contact with the victim H who sent this letter.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to jointly purchase the life sentence from the victim through the production of the order.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 50,000 won from the victim to the F bank account under the name of the Defendant (G), and 43,000 won from April 6, 2019 to the F bank account under the name of the Defendant.
