A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around October 15, 2018, the Defendant sent a false statement to the effect that “A person who wants to visit a part of a day shall be allowed to purchase a person by proxy,” and that “A person who wants to visit a part of a day shall be allowed to purchase a person by proxy,” on the bulletin board, the Defendant sent a false statement to the effect that “A person E who visited the victim, who first deposits the price of the goods, will purchase and deliver a punishment in Japan if he/she first deposits the price of the goods.”

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 90,00 from the F Bank account under the name of the Defendant for the same day as purchase agency expenses, and by deceiving 54 victims over 127 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from May 23, 2019, received KRW 10,238,686 from the said victims as purchase agency expenses.
Around February 1, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that he/she would have access to Internet CKaf D at the Defendant’s residence located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and that he/she would have to purchase and deliver the name of person in Japan if he/she first deposits money to the victim G who reported and contacted such a statement.
However, as the defendant was planning to use the purchase cost from the victim as the defendant's living cost, etc. as a person with bad credit standing without a certain occupation, even if he was paid the price of the above goods from the victim, he did not have an intention or ability to act on behalf of the victim
