A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

around February 13, 2017, the Defendant stated that “2019 Man-Ma1049” means: (a) around February 13, 2017, the Defendant opened “B” and posted a letter to the effect that the name in the Dolle of the Dolle of the Mannam-gun would be sold; and (b) then, the Defendant would first send the price to the victim D, who reported and contacted the writing, at the time of transfer.

However, there was no intention or ability to sell a punishment even if the defendant receives money from the victim as a price because the defendant did not have a punishment.

Nevertheless, as above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 3,360,000 from the victim to the corporate bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant, for sales proceeds of KRW 420,00 from the victim, from that time, and from February 14, 2017, by deceiving the victims about a total of 18 times in the manner described in the attached Table (1), and received KRW 27,00,000,000 from the victims.

1. On February 13, 2017, the Defendant expressed a letter stating that the name of the company located in the Domnae in the Domnae-gun, Jeonnam-gun would not be known, and that the Defendant would send a seal to the victim G, who reported and contacted the letter, first of all, in order to transfer the price to the victim G.

However, there was no intention or ability to sell a punishment even if the defendant receives money from the victim as a price because the defendant did not have a punishment.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 400,000 from the victim to the NongHyup Bank account (I) in the name of H to transfer KRW 400,000 under the pretext of personal sales; and (b) by deceiving the victims four times in total as described in the crime list in attached Table (2) of the same day; and (b) received total of KRW 4,00,000 from the victims.
