Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

On March 7, 2020, the Defendant posted a false statement stating that “On the Internet NAV car page is connected,” and “KF94 Mar. 7, 2020,” and that “on the part of the Defendant, the Defendant would deliver KF94 Esck 200 if he remitted money to the Defendant.”

However, in fact, the defendant thought that he will take money from the victim to use it as living expenses, etc., and did not have KF94 Esck, so even if he receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the KF94 Esck 200.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received KRW 405,00 from the victim to the Tbank account (U) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired KRW 5,759,000 in total from January 21, 2020 to May 4, 2020 by means of the same method as shown in attached Table 1.

Around April 6, 2020, the Defendant, “20 Man-Ma1613,” sent false words to the victim V, who had contacted, by accessing the Kakakakao Stockholm open-type room, posted a letter of personal sales on the bulletin board, and then reported it.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the punishment.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 100,000 from the victim in the name of Tbank account (W) under the name of the Defendant, under the name of the victim for the personal purchase price on the same day. From that time to May 18, 2020, by deceiving the victims of total nine victims, such as the attached Table 2, from that time.
