A The operator of the K Game Center (hereinafter referred to as the “K Game Center”), Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant C, the overall management of the game of this case, such as mountain, customer and employee management, etc., and I, in exchange for money, Defendant D, L, and M, the employees of the Korea Game Center (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Game Center”).

Nevertheless, in operating the game of this case, the Defendants provided customers with game products different from the contents of the rating, and gathered the scores obtained by customers in exchange.
Accordingly, from August 28, 2015 to September 18:00 on September 2, 2015, the Defendants set up 40 game period for “sesea beng,” the contents of which are changed so that there is no separate settlement function unlike the contents classified by the meeting of the water grade members, and exchanged cash after deducting 10% of the commission calculated by calculating the gains obtained by customers as 5,000 won per point.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to offer game products different from the rating contents to customers, and made customers do gambling and other speculative acts using game water by exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.
2. On August 2015, Defendant A: (a) from “O office,” operated by “O office,” N located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, B, on about three occasions, Defendant A requested that the head of the instant game site “this would be replaced by a fine if the police crackdown,” and (b) one hundred thousand won per day in return for the head of the said office.
