Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On July 26, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months with labor for the crime of interference with business, etc. at the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch, which became final and conclusive on August 3, 2019 and is currently under suspended sentence.

1. Fraud;
A. On October 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) on October 16, 2019, around 02:48, 2019, boarded a taxi operated by the victim D while on the roads adjacent to the Cental located in North-gu, Northern-si B; and (b) as if the Defendant would normally pay a taxi fee without cash or any other means to pay the taxi fee; (c) the Defendant had the victim operate the taxi prior to the G located in the Southern-gu, Southern-gu, and did not pay the taxi fee, thereby having the victim obtain economic benefits equivalent to KRW 15,00,000, for the reason that the Defendant did not pay the taxi fee.
B. On November 22, 2019, around 18:50 on November 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) boarded a taxi operated by the victim J on the nearest road of the International Oil Station located in the south-gu Hapo-gu, Seopo-gu; and (b) was doing so as to have the victim pay the taxi fee in a normal manner without cash or other means of payment; (c) had the victim operate the Kapo-gu, 318, 318, and did not pay the fee; and (d) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 54,00,000, for non-payment of the fee.
C. On November 24, 2019, around 16:00 on November 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) boarded a N-si operated by the victim M-M on the north-gu Least-gu Least-si; and (b) was engaged in the act as if the Defendant would normally pay the taxi fee without cash or any other means of payment; (c) the Defendant had the victim drive the P-O located in the south-gu Port and did not pay the said fee to the P-O located in the south-gu port; and (d) obtained economic benefits equivalent to KRW 20,000 from the Plaintiff’s failure to pay the fee.
2. Intimidation;
A. around October 16, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime under Article 1-A.
As referred to in paragraph (1), the defendant gets on a taxi operated by the victim D and arrived at the G road located in the Nam-gu, Southern-gu, at port and after having arrived at the G road.
