1. On November 13, 2013, at around 22:19, the Defendant: (a) on the front bus platform of an apartment apartment located in Apo-si in Apo-si Kimcheon-si, the Defendant boardeded a C-si operated by the injured party B; (b) acted as if he would normally pay the taxi fee; and (c) caused the injured party to operate the said taxi to the front of the mountain road located in Jpo-dong 75-2 in Jpo-si, Jasi-si.
However, the defendant did not have a means to pay taxi charges, such as cash or credit cards at the time, and did not have a method to pay the above taxi charges.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, provided operational services from the victim, and did not pay KRW 36,900.

2. On November 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 01:25 on November 10, 2013, on the front day of the Maman Hospital located in the Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and (b) was committed as if he were to pay the charges.
However, the defendant did not have the ability to pay taxi charges due to the absence of cash or credit card.
At around 02:37 on the same day, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of the taxi fee of KRW 40,200, exempted the payment of the taxi fee, which was to be paid after having arrived at the same time prior to the come-down in the Hancheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si.
3. On November 22, 2013, at around 04:16, the Defendant, on the front day of the Kimcheon Medical Center located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, followed the Defendant’s boarding in G-si operated by the victim F, and committed as if he were to pay the fee.
However, the defendant did not have the ability to pay taxi charges due to the absence of cash or credit card.
The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, paid KRW 46,40,00 of the taxi fee, to be paid after having arrived at the first box of the police station located in the Gu and Si/Gun/Gu, at around 05:31 on the same day via the gold market located in the Gu and Si/Gun/Gu police station located in the Gu and Si/Gun/Gu.
