1. Although the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the taxi fee, on October 8, 2017, at around 09:00, the Defendant was committed as if he would normally pay the taxi fee after boarding the victim C (71 years of age) on the part of the victim C (hereinafter “Ssung High School”) who was in the north-dong, the Defendant acquired economic benefits equivalent to the said amount by having the victim operate the said taxi for about 4 hours and 30 minutes before the “Evalescent Hospital” located in the Changpodong, Changpo-gu, Changpo-si, the Changpo-si, the Changpo-gu, the Changpo-si, the Changpo-si, the Changpo-si, and others.
2. Although the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the taxi fee, on October 8, 2017, at around 20:19, the Defendant: (a) took the victim F (71) boarding a taxi operating in front of the death box located in the North-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si at the port; and (b) had the victim take such action as if he would normally pay the taxi fee; and (c) had the victim operate the said taxi for about 40 minutes, and did not pay the amount equivalent to KRW 10,800,00, to the front of the Seosan Police Station at the port of call at around 21:02 via Japan at the port of call; and (d) obtained economic benefits equivalent to the said amount.
3. Although the Defendant did not have intent or ability to pay the taxi fee, on October 12, 2017, at around 03:30, the Defendant: (a) taken a victim H (67 years of age) on a taxi operated by the Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff”) in order to pay the normal taxi fee; and (b) had the victim acquire economic benefits by not having the victim operate the said taxi for about three hours before the “Evalescent hospital” in D at around 06:20, through the first apartment of the Chang-gu, Chang-gu, North Korea Special Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, and the first apartment of the Chang-gu, Chang-gu, North Korea Special Metropolitan City, and then having the victim pay the taxi fee, and not paying an amount equivalent to KRW 66,400.
4. On October 12, 2017, the Defendant is in the North Korea-Si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-dong, Ma-si, Ma-si.
