Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On February 15, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Gwangju District Court’s wooden branch on November 13, 2020, and completed the execution of the sentence in South prison on November 13, 2020.

1. Fraud;
A. 2. On February 16, 2021, at the entrance of the Bapo Police Station located in 124, the Defendant: (a) discovered the said police station’s small-scale car owned by the said police station; (b) discovered the said police station’s small-scale car owned by the victim Bapo Police Station; and (c) subsequently drive the said police station at the seat of the Bapo Police Station located in 124, 17:57, J ( South, 39 years old) and then stolen the victim’s property.
3.
