A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On July 1, 2012, Defendant A provided D with a copy of a driver’s license, a certificate of attending school, a resident registration certificate, a certified copy and an abstract of a resident registration, a resume, etc., by making a false statement to D, who posted contact points on “Ambane points”, a part-time brokerage Internet site, and sought part-time students.

A around that time, Defendant B provided a photograph from Defendant B by stating that “I would forge an identification card if you send a photograph, and would make a passbook available by using it.”

On July 2012, A forged a copy of the above vehicle driver's license by sending the photograph provided by Defendant B to Defendant B and the copy of the vehicle driver's license provided by D to Defendant B, with a forged identification card in China, and making Defendant B's photograph enter D's driver's license.

Accordingly, the defendants forged a copy of D's driver's license in the name of the Commissioner of Busan Local Police Agency, which is an official document, for the purpose of exercising in collusion with the names of the poor.

The Defendants, in collusion with the person who was unable to use his name, forged three copies of the driver’s license and one resident registration certificate, which are official documents, for the purpose of exercising as shown in the attached list of crimes.

B. On July 9, 2012, Defendant A, prior to the seat point of the National Bank of Korea, requested Defendant B to open a passbook of the National Bank of Korea with the delivery of 10,000 won in cash of D’s driver’s license and 10,000 won in the name of the Commissioner of the Busan Local Police Agency, a document forged to Defendant B.

Accordingly, Defendant B entered the same branch of the above national bank, and the application for electronic financial transactions.
