A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

A seized driver's license (No. 1) shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who continued to fall off the driver’s license examination, made a driver’s license through the name undisfortunateer’s identification card of the Republic of Korea, which was known through the Internet, and thought to be used in finding a siren company.

On November 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested D/Public Notice Board 18 in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to “the creation of a driver’s license” by telephone to the B/Ler; (b) sent his/her photograph file to B/Ler; and (c) around that time, B/L made arbitrarily a copy of the driver’s license issued by the Commissioner of the Busan Local Police Agency by inserting the Defendant’s personal information and photograph into plastics similar to the size and shape of the driver’s license of the Republic of Korea into the plastic in which the size and shape of the driver’s license are similar.

As a result, the defendant conspireds with impromoer et al. in order, and forged one driver's license of Korea, a public document, without authority, for the purpose of uttering.
