Punishment of the crime

No one shall exchange the tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of a game product as well as the operation of game products by changing the contents of the rating classification, the provision of game products for the distribution or use, or display, storage, and provision for such purposes.

1. Defendant A

A. On June 1, 2016, from around 09:00 to around 18:00 on June 2, 2016, the Defendant operated a game hall with the trade name of “H” in Suwon-si G and the second floor of “H,” and exchanged in cash by deducting 10% per 30,000 points earned by customers in the said game as commission when displaying the USB provided by the game water management committee for an unlawful game site owner on his/her name in the Spain game that was classified by the said committee.

B. From Jun. 20, 2016 to Jun. 18:50, 2016, the Defendant: (a) displayed an USB on the said game in the said game room; (b) installed 40 game machine in a way that the machines were carried out; (c) provided customers with 30% of the points obtained by the said game by running the said games; and (d) exchanged them in cash after deducting 10% per 30,000 points obtained by the customers as commission.

As a result, the defendant provided game water that is different from the rating classification on two occasions, and exchanged the result of the game.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant, while working as a weekly employee of the above game site at the time, time, place, and place specified in Paragraph 1-A, was provided with an amount equivalent to KRW 6,00, and was able to facilitate the operation of the A game site by carrying out activities such as cleaning inside the game site, guiding customers, and money exchange business.
