Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A operated the game forum with the name of Daejeon Pungdong G and the third floor from June 23, 2015 to June 26, 2015, Defendant A opened the 60 games of “H gameland” classified by the Game Water Management Committee, and opened the said “H game water” with the “new game water,” which was not classified by the rating, offered the said customers to use it, and let the said customers input cash in the game machine, and put 10% of the remaining points after deducting 10% of the fees from the points obtained in line with the game screen at the bottom of the game machine, and carried out a business of operating the said “H gameland,” using the game water, and operating the said “new game water,” using the electronic speculative machine.
2. Defendant B, while working as an employee of the game room at the date and time specified in the above paragraph (1) above, Defendant B, the owner of the business, established 60 games classified by the Game Water Management Committee, and opened the said “new games” with “new games,” which were not classified as a class by the said Committee, provided to unspecified customers for use, and exchanged and exchanged them according to the obtained points, thereby engaging in speculative business, even though being aware of the fact that he/she performed the said speculative business, he/she was engaged in duties, such as coffee, tobacco, heart, cleaning, etc., to facilitate the said A’s speculative business.
3. Defendant D and Defendant E serving as an employee of the game site from June 24, 2015 to June 26, 2015, and Defendant D and Defendant E set up 60 players of the game site, who are the business owners, who were classified by the Game Water Management Committee, with the 60 games of “ bilaterally” which were classified as the class by the Game Water Management Committee, and opened the said “highly new game” as water, and offer the said “highly new game water to unspecified customers for use.”
