A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 15:00 on August 30, 2014, the Defendant driven a 100-meter Category B 2 cargo vehicle from the 1 parking lot on the Jin-dong side of Daegu-gu to the youth hostel parking lot located in the same Dong without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.146%.

2.
