A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 25, 2014, at around 02:15, the Defendant damaged public goods and obstructed performance of official duties, within the office of the D police box located in Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, and in relation to traffic accidents caused by the Defendant in the vicinity of the preceding police box, the Defendant was unable to operate it by having the breath of E, a person who was requested by the police officer of the above police box to take a drinking test by hand, and a breath of E, which is used by the breath in his hand, fall into the floor.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on drinking measurement, and at the same time damaged the drinking measuring instrument, which is a public object, to the amount of repairing costs.

2. At around 03:30 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) informed the police officer E, F, and G, who was a police officer to whom he was subject to the alcohol alcohol measurement as above; (b) threatened the police officer E, F, and G, who was a police officer to whom he belongs, with the injury to the life and body of the police officer, by not later than 04:30 of the same day, such as: (c) if he was aware of the flag’s death; (d) the flag, G (b) weather; and (e) the flag; and (e) the flag’s death; and (e) when the license is revoked, he threatened the police officer of any harm to the life and body of the police officer by not later than 04:30 of the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate performance of duties concerning traffic accident investigation and internal situation service.
