A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2013, at around 10:00, police officers such as the chief of the South-gu Police Station entered the above building in order to execute arrest warrant on the C building (D organization offices in the 13 to 15th floor) located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and on the enforcement department such as EminatorF, there was an act of obstructing the performance of official duties, such as preventing the members of D organization and the number of members of Eminatories from mbling.

Accordingly, approximately 2,00 members, including D's members and E' union members, were required to execute police arrest warrants and enter the office of the D's organization near the above building and the building building in the vicinity of the Seodaemun, in the vicinity of the Seodaemun, and in the vicinity of the Gangnam Sejong Hospital, and held unreported illegal assemblies.

On December 22, 2013, at around 16:00, the Defendant, along with approximately 400 participants in other assemblies, proposed relief, such as “G outage and violent police rackers,” and went back to and from the 7th line prior to the unification of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, 134, and obstructed the passage of vehicles on the road due to the following: (a) the Defendant was trying to carry out an illegal demonstration; (b) the Defendant was trying to move into the chum and the National Police Agency room; and (c) the Defendant was carrying out a private distance from police officers to the independent line, and carried out an illegal demonstration, thereby preventing the passage of vehicles on the road.

Around 15:00 on December 28, 2013, the Defendant completed the “D organization’s general strike resolution” that was located in the “Seoul square” located in Taegu, Jung-gu, Seoul. Around 19:45 on the same day, the Defendant made an illegal demonstration by occupying approximately 3,000 participants in other assemblies, and occupying the lanes in front of, going back to, and going back from, the 7th line on the roads of the luminous building located in Jongno-gu, Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and thereby preventing the passage of vehicles on the road.

The Defendant, as above, conspired with other participants at the assembly twice and interfered with the traffic of the land by other means.
