Criminal facts
[2014 Highest 5121] The defendant is a person who was a director of the organization of the E-Trade's Union (a single trade union).
1. On August 31, 2012, around 15:00 on August 31, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the passage of vehicles from around 16:19 to 17:30 on the same day by occupying two-way lanes along with approximately 8,80 participants of other assemblies at around 16:19, around 16:49, and around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant participated in an assembly and participated in an assembly to give aid and relief.

3. Obstruction of general traffic by May 15, 2013;
A. On May 15, 2013, at around 15:55, the Defendant participated in the “L” of the EM sponsor held by K located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul High Court, and took part in approximately 2,50 participants in other assemblies from around 16:05 on the same day to 17:01 of the same day by using two lanes from K through two lanes in Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Cheonggu, one of the agricultural cooperatives located in the Cheonggu-gu, Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul. On the same day, the Defendant stopped her dust from around 16:25 on the same day and occupied it by up to 17:01 on the same day.
