The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration in a place within one hundred meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;

From around 14:30 on October 28, 201, the Defendant organized the Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement Korea National Campaign Center (hereinafter “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Headquarters”) in the front of the Korea-do Industrial Bank, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Industrial Bank (hereinafter “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Republic”), and attended the assembly “domination against the ratification of the Korea-U.S. FTA” held in the society of the Secretary General of the D organization E. On the same day, around 14:40 on the same day, the Defendant’s and the E Secretariat of the above D organization should have a happy that had not been initially reported as a broadcasting vehicle, and the Defendant started to enter the National Assembly in a way that most of the four-laned roads of the Hando-dong City City Culture Complex were occupied by a way that most of the four-laned roads of the Hando-dong branch of the Korea-do City Industrial Bank were opened, and came to the road by completely going to the right away from the place of the assembly to the extent of approximately 60 meters.

Accordingly, the defendant participated in an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building, which is the place where the assembly or demonstration is prohibited.

2. On October 28, 201, from around 15:20 to around 15:30 on October 28, 201, the Defendant conspired with approximately 2,500 demonstration teams, as described in paragraph (1), to occupy approximately 10 minutes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes between the north and the East Eastwest of the National Assembly, thereby interfering with the traffic of roads used for the traffic of the general public.
