A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Kinna Kina and MDMA (hereinafter referred to as “mariju (hereinafter referred to as “mariju”), as follows:

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On August 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased 0.5g m/ cash 400,000 / 00 / 00 / 000 / 000 / 000 / 000 / 000 / 000 / 000 / 000 / 0.21 bitcos equivalent to the above amount; (b) transferred bitcos to a non-coin known by the seller; and (c) around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased / 00 / 00 / 00 / 0.5g / 00 / 0.

B. Around 01:00 on August 5, 2017, the Defendant administered an X-type medication in a manner of dilution with water at X-type 0.5g at the end of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E market, which was purchased in the vicinity of the foregoing paragraph (a).

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On December 9, 2016, around 15:09, the Defendant: (a) purchased 330,000,00 won in cash from the seller H using Adidi’s deep web “F” on the sales site of marijuana; (b) remitted the bitco equivalent to the above amount to “I” the address of the bitco-ray known by H to “I”; and (c) purchased the e-mail in the vicinity of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul, designated by the seller by means of collecting 3 g of marijuana from the chemical group.

2) On October 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase 2g marith from a person who sells a name in the name in the form of “J” on the deep web website “F”; (b) transferred 0.01 bitcoon equivalent to 20-3 million won to the address in the bitcoin known by the seller; and (c) around 23:00 on the same day, the house near the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yangdong is located in the chemical group.
