A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 8073"

1. From May 15, 2018, at around 23:40 on May 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) took off the E Bank C’s physical card (F) from the victim’s cell phone case to the victim’s cell phone case; and (b) stolen it.

2. On May 16, 2018, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) purchased goods equivalent to KRW 41,000 in the market value at H convenience stores located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and (b) presented and settled the e-bank C’s e-mail card, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), to an employee in default of the victim’s name.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received goods equivalent to the market value of KRW 41,00 from the victim, and used the stolen check.

From the above date to 02:13 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victims eight times in the same manner as the list of crimes in attached Form 723,600 in total; and (b) by deceiving the victims of the total amount of 723,600 won; and (c) used a stolen check.

"2019 Highest 2703"

1. A thief: (a) around 01:00 on February 17, 2019, the Defendant taken off one copy of the E Bank Credit Card, the victim K, an employee, from the cell phone cases of the victim, using the gap in which the victim K, took the place.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On February 17, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) at a taxi that stops on the irregular land at around 01:10 on February 17, 2019; (b) from that time, the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph (1), proposed the taxi card of K, which was stolen as one’s own, to pay KRW 3,600, a sum of KRW 239,120,00 by deceiving the victims by the same method three times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from that time to March 3, 201.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victims.
