Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On May 17, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud in the Sungnam Branch of the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul East House on July 16, 2019.

1. At around 03:25, Apr. 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of Dextonton car that was parked in the front line of the Council of the Republic of Korea without being locked; and (b) cut off one F body card and one cigarette equivalent to the total market value of the victim E in the front line; and (c) stolen the victims’ property at least 17 times in total from that time until June 29, 2020, as described in the list of crimes 1.

On April 24, 2020, the Defendant violated the Fraud, Computer etc. Fraud, and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 03:34, 2020, at the H convenience point located G at the Government-si, the Defendant: (b) presented the stolen E F F F F F F F F F F F F F F C card as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) as if he/she was duly entitled to use it; (c) received tobacco equivalent to KRW 4,500 at the market price from the victim who was unable to know his/her employee’s name; (d) used the stolen c Card; and (d) from that time until June 16, 2020, acquired economic benefits by deceiving the victims on nine occasions, acquiring economic benefits, or inputting information into the information processing system, such as computer, etc., without authority.

1. On June 10, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 07:10 on the table table in front of the “J convenience store” located in Gui Government City I; (b) on the Internet card set up by the victim B, the Defendant carried one cellular phone set up in Samsung Gallon which is equivalent to KRW 500,000,000 in the market price of Samsung Gallon, with K card set up by the victim B.
