"2019 Highest 845"

1. A thief: (a) around 01:30 on September 4, 2018, at a singing room where it is impossible to identify the trade name located in Jin-Eup at Jin-si at Jinyang-si, the Defendant discovered one thief in the face of the victim D, E Bank’s credit card, E Bank physical cke card, F Bank’s physical cke card, driver’s license, and resident registration certificate, and included one 15,000 won in his/her own money, and stolen the victim D’s property.

2. On September 4, 2018, the Defendant violated the Fraudulent and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 02:20 on September 4, 2018, at “I” operated by the Victim H in Nam-si, Namyang-si, where he presented the Victim H a stolen e-banking card, as stated in the preceding paragraph, to the victim H as if he was his body card; (b) paid a total of KRW 50,000 in five installments on five occasions; and (c) around 03:18 on the same day, the Defendant paid KRW 60,00 in the same way at “L hotel” managed by the victim K

Accordingly, the defendant used a stolen debit card and acquired financial benefits by deceiving victims.

3. On November 4, 2018, the Defendant sold online goods: (a) posted a notice on the Internet NFC on his/her residence located in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, M apartment; and (b) ordered the victim’sO who reported and contacted the above writing to transmit a mobile phone sign; (c) however, even if the Defendant received money from the victim, he/she did not have the intent or ability to transmit the said machine contact.

Nevertheless, as above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim'sO, received KRW 115,00 from the victim'sO to the Q Bank account (R) in the name of the Defendant's birth P on the same day, and received KRW 33,000 from the victims by deceiving the victims as stated in the crime list from the above date to December 16, 2018, and received KRW 333,000 from the victims.
