1. Around November 20, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents and the uttering of the above investigation document: (a) at the “C Child Care Center,” operated by the Defendant in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, the Defendant, using an authorized seal pen to enter “E”, “E”, “6,00,000,” and “E” in the original loan amount column; (b) forged one copy of the loan contract in the name of E, a private document concerning rights and obligations for the purpose of signing and exercising the original document; and (c) sent it by facsimile as if the forged loan contract was duly concluded; and (d) the Defendant used the electronic document to enter the above forged loan contract in the name of the Defendant’s “E” for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations under the name of the obligor’s name, “E”, “1,000,000,000,” and then, sent it to 10,0000,000 original electronic signature-related service digital signature-related service.”

Accordingly, the defendant's purpose is to make an excessive handling of administrative affairs over a total of six times, such as the list of crimes (2) from around that time to October 5, 2016.
