A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 25, 2009, the Defendant opened a mobile phone (D) at the point of Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Inc., the Defendant stated “E”, “F” and “E” in the column of resident registration number, and submitted the same to H as if it was duly formed after signing the applicant’s name with “E”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a letter of application for joining the mobile phone in the name of E, which is a private document concerning rights and duties, and exercised it.

2. On August 14, 2009, the Defendant opened a mobile phone (I) at a mutual microcom agency located in Hongsung-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun, and entered “E”, “F” and “E” in the resident registration number column and address column, and submitted it to the applicant column as if they were duly formed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a letter of application for joining the mobile phone in the name of E, which is a private document concerning rights and duties, and exercised it.

3. On August 22, 2009, the Defendant concluded a security service contract with the closure agency located in Hongsung-gun G, Hongsung-gun G, and signed the name column in the name column of ADT closure machine security service contract form, entered “E” in the resident registration number column, “F” in the resident registration number column, and “E” in the address column, and submitted it to the service user column as if the service user’s name was duly constituted.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of the ADT-facing machine security service contract in the name of E, which is a private document on the rights and obligations without authority, and exercised it.
