1. While the Defendant’s liabilities of financial institutions amount to 20 million won or more, the Defendant entered a mobile phone in the name of friendly job offering D or received a loan, and the Defendant was unable to fully repay interest due to the absence of any particular property.

On June 13, 2013, the Defendant, without authority, entered “D” in the column of customer information with the intent to exercise the franchise store at G mobile phone sales stores located in the FK Telecom Service Center located in Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, with the intent of exercising the franchise store at G mobile phone sales stores, and forged private documents on the rights and obligations, stating the resident registration numbers of the women, and submitted them to an employee with no name in the city.

B. On June 15, 2013, the Defendant, without authority, stated “D”, “100,000,000,” and “4,000,000,000” in the loan transaction agreement in the customer name column of the R&C chain, with the intent to exercise the Defendant’s residence at the Defendant’s office located in the Daegu Northern-gu Northern-gu Office, Daegu-gu Office, and submitted it to the Defendant on the part of the Defendant’s office located in the U.S., Nam-gu, Seoul-gu Office, and exercised it.

C. On June 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Defendant’s residence in his name and entered “D” and “16,000,000” in the customer name column in the loan application form; and (b) forged electronic records on the rights and duties of another person, stating his resident registration number in the loan application form; and (c) submitted such electronic records to an employee with no name in the city’s name.

On June 26, 2013, the Defendant without authority for the purpose of exercising the Defendant’s residence at the Defendant’s residence, in the form of a loan transaction contract with Ldcop, “D”, “O0 million won” and “the first loan amount.”
