A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 1 and 2 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On May 7, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the enforcement of the sentence on August 17, 2011, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On January 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 50 grams of psychotropic drugs from a male knife of the Joseon-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City bus stops, which had been instructed by D, in front of the bus stops in order to secure a sales place; (b) delivered approximately 1 gram of the above C apartment at around 23:00, on January 26, 2012, around 23:0, at around 200, approximately 50 grams of psychotropic drugs, from a male knife of the Joseon-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City bus stops; and (c) delivered approximately 1 gram of the above C apartment at around 22:00 on March 26, 2012, to E without compensation, from approximately 1 gram of the instant 50 grams to a sales place.

2. On April 7, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 15:30, the G in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, would be able to dispose of a curios by using H, who had been living together in the prison at the same time in the vicinity of the G in Gangnam-gu; (b) upon receipt of a request from her leader, who received the request from her scopon; and (c) made a phone call to a person who was in the custody of the bank that concealed 48g of the remaining scopon as referred to in the foregoing paragraph (1) and sent the phone to H to the person who was in the custody of the bank that concealed 48g of the scopon; and (d) on the 18:00 day, the Defendant was on board the New FF Last car in the vicinity of the Seoul detention center and carried the scopon to deliver the scopon to h to her by sending the scopon to her.

3. On June 15, 2012, at around 11:10, the Defendant received approximately 78.97 grams from a man who was instructed by Jungcheon-dong, Jungcheon-gu, Incheon, in front of the Dongcheon-dong, from a man who was under the instruction of Jungcheon-gu, Jungcheon-gu, Incheon, on the face of the foregoing Sungcheon-dong, and received it from E around that time.
