Defendant

A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On April 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant requested 1 gram of Mepter (one penphone, hereinafter referred to as “Melopon”) who is a local mental medicine, by telephone, and around that time, promised to sell approximately 1 gram of Melopon from Melopon G to B through Melper AppF, while holding sexually inception.

Since then, around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant dried up about one gram of a philopon, which is contained in vinyl bomer in the street near the I community service center located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from Seongdong-gu, and was parked in the front of the K convenience store located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ, and dried up to Seongdong-si G with a 300,000 won of a philopon in the color-based car, which was parked in the front of the K convenience store in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu.

As a result, the Defendant mediated the trade of philophones B and sexually insularphones.

B. On April 2016, the Defendant requested around 20:00 B to seek about 10 grams of philophones by telephone, and around that time, agreed to sell approximately 10 grams of philophones to B from sexual misst G to 2.5 million won.

On the same day, the Defendant 21:10 on the street near the I community service center mentioned in the above paragraph (a), laid about 10g of the penphones, which are contained in vinyl L, which was parked in the front of the K convenience store mentioned in the above paragraph (a), and 2.5 million won of the penphones in the L-U. B, which was parked in the front of the K convenience store mentioned in the above paragraph (a), and laid down to Sung F. G.

As a result, the Defendant mediated the trade of philophones B and sexually insularphones.

On April 2016, the Defendant provided B with approximately one gram of philophones contained in vinyl b in the fluence fluor, which was parked in front of the K convenience store listed in the above paragraph (a) at around 13:40, mid-term, 2016.

On May 1, 2016, the Defendant was parked in the frame near the I community service center mentioned in the above paragraph (a) around 18:10.
