Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On January 2015, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag) and the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoon) purchased and sold 3g of psychotropic drugs, E, a psychotropic drug, from E, in a FRati car run by the Defendant parked on the road near the residence of E located in Chuncheon City, 19:00 on January 1, 2015, around 19:0.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag) on February 2, 2015.

A. On February 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) parked on the Gmaart front of the Gmaart located in the Hancheoncheon-gun, the Defendant purchased and sold 500,000 won to E, and (b) purchased and sold phiphones from E, using approximately three grams of phiphones.

B. On February 2, 2015, around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold the instant car parked on the front road of the Iropian conference located in H in Chuncheon-si; (b) purchased and sold 50,000 won for E, using approximately one gram of philopon from E.

3. On March 2015, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag) committed a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (flag) with a view to buying and selling a penphone with approximately five grams of 1 million won to E, who was stopped on the top of the mountain road in the direction of the Chuncheon-gun located in the middle of March 2015.

On April 2015, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fluence) around 19:00 on the mid-term April 19, 2015, trading the instant car stopped on the road near the residence of the above E, and trading the instant car with approximately KRW 100,000,000, 1000,000, 1000,000, 2000,000
