A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On November 30, 2015, the Defendant, along with C on November 30, 2015, intended to purchase one-time clocks containing the psychotropic drug component of the clocks (i.e., one-way clocks; hereinafter referred to as “clocks”), and sent C the purchase price of KRW 60,000 for the clocks.

4. Around May 21, 2016, the Defendant administered 0.04g of opononon in J P lodging place located in Gwangju Mine-gu I, with C, in a glass pipe, and administered them using a oponon inhaler in a copon inhaler, with which smokes arising from heating 0.04g of oponononon into glass pipe.
