『2015 고단 1710』 피고인은 2015. 11. 23. 14:34 경 제주시 B에 있는 C 앞길에서 술에 취해 도로에서 갈팡질팡 하다가 신고를 받고 출동한 제주 동부 경찰서 D 지구대 소속 경위 E에게 도로에서의 음주 배회 금지위반에 따른 도로 교통법위반 혐의로 범칙금 고지서를 발부 받게 되자 화가 나 “ 씨 발 새끼야, 이 씹새끼야, 나랑 한번 맞짱 뜰까, 이 개새끼야. ”라고 큰소리로 욕설을 하며 오른손으로 E의 가슴 부위를 밀치고 왼손으로 E의 뺨을 때려 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning E's crime prevention and suppression of police uniform.
