Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On September 2, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment due to fraud, etc. in the vice branch of the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 5, 2017 at the Ansan Prison.

[Criminal facts]

1. On September 10, 2017, at around 09:50 on September 10, 2017, the criminal defendant committed a crime as if he/she would pay the amount in spite of the absence of his/her intent or ability to pay the drinking value in the D dan run by the victim C, and he/she acquired it by defrauding the amount equivalent to KRW 100,000 in total of the market price from the victim.

Around 23:20 on the same day as indicated in paragraph 1, the Defendant, at the 23:20 day, insulting D’s entertainment bar, received a report from the above C, and tried to escape without making an answer by the victim F, a security guard belonging to the Dong Police Station E District Police Station in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul, to ask the Defendant’s personal information, and subsequently, the Defendant was informed of the Defendant. B.
