Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a D school in Pyeongtaek-si C (hereinafter “instant school”), and Defendant B is the principal of the said school.

The Defendants, although the E-education F and G did not have applied for the above education, submitted to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea a forged “Agreement on the Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information of Trainees” as if the F and G applied for the above education, and conspired to apply for subsidies to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea as the said F, G, and H participated in the above education.

1. On December 7, 2015, Defendant A instructed Defendant B to prepare a written consent from the name of G and F at the school office of this case. Defendant B stated “G”, “I”, “J”, and “J” in the e-mail column, and “W” in the cell phone column, and signed the document in the name column of “F”, “L” and “W” in the name column of “W”, “L”, and “W” and “W” in the “W” column of the document’s name in the name column of “W”, “L” and “W” and “W” and “B” in the cell phone column, and signed the document later.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge the two pages of the “Agreement on the Collection, Use and Provision of Personal Information of Trainees” in the name of G and F for the purpose of exercising authority.

2. On December 7, 2015, the Defendants at the school office of this case directed Defendant B to deliver two copies of the “Agreement on the Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information of Trainees” in the false G and F names as stated in the above paragraph (1) to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and Defendant B’s use, use, and provision of personal information of trainees according to the direction of Defendant A.
