Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] On October 14, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 22 of the same month by imprisonment with prison labor for the charge of forging private documents at the Jeonju District Court on October 14, 2015.
[2] The Defendants are running mobile phone sales stores with the trade name “F” from September 2, 201 to August 2014.
The Defendants had been willing to open their cell phones by forging a new service contract in their names using a copy of their identification cards during the period of the event that the Defendants urged the sale of cell phones at the radio stations, and paid a lot of sales profits to the customers more than ordinary, and intended to receive more sales profits by opening the cell phone during the period of the event.
1. On June 19, 2012, the Defendants forged private documents: (a) stated “G”, “H”, “H”, “Sinsan City”, “Sinsan City 19,” and “G” on the date of application in the customer column; and (b) signed the name next to the name of G in the name column of the site for the installment trading contract to be end at the above F office; (c) stated “G”, “J”, “W”, “B00” in the name column of the site for the purchase and use of personal location information in the applicant column; and (d) written the signature of “G” in the name column of the site for the installment trading contract to be end at the end; and (e) written the applicant’s name next to the name in the name “G”, “G”, “G”, “G” and “G” in the name column of the customer column; and (e) written the applicant’s signature in the site for the use and use of personal location information by the applicant column.
As a result, the Defendants forged a new service contract in the name of G, which is a private document related to rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering in collusion, one copy of a new service contract in the name of G, one copy of a short-term installment transaction contract, and one copy of a letter of personal location information collection and use agreement in SK plunit (ju), from that time, up to August 2014, and forged a new service contract, etc. 86 times in total, as shown in attached Table 1.
