Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 13, 2014, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) on the part of the commercial office located in Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si; (b) on November 13, 2014, the Defendant: (c) stamped the seal of the said D; (d) affixed the seal of the D in possession of the D’s name on the paper of the “D’s certificate of automobile transfer; (c) stamped the regional development, the purchase of urban railroad bonds, and the sale power; and (d) stamped the said D’s seal on the name of the applicant for registration; and (d) on the customer information column, using the stamp form “D, F, Busan-si G; (d) Busan Bank, H, D; (d) the applicant column “D”; and (d) the applicant column “D”; and (d) made an inquiry into the said D’s personal information collection, use, and seal of the D’s name and seal; and (d) made an inquiry into the applicant column “D’s personal information” and then made it on the loan column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the “A certificate of automobile transfer” under the name of “A certificate of automobile transfer”, “regional development, purchase and sale of urban railroad bonds,” “a letter of delegation of sale,” “a written application for the occupancy, use and inquiry of modern loan personal information, joint proposal,” and “A written consent for collection, use and inquiry of modern member personal information,” and “A written consent for provision.”

2. The Defendant, at the time and at a place specified in the above 1. Paragraph (1) above, delivered the forged documents to the commercial employees for the trading of used cars and the Hyundai Capital employee who was aware of the forgery as stated in the above 1. Paragraph (1) as if they were the document duly formed.
